Dear ASEA Brothers, Sisters, and Siblings,
I hope this message finds you in good health and high spirits as we forge toward the fall. As your President, I wanted to take a moment to reach out and share a few updates and thoughts as you continue your Union journey.
Over the past, we have faced challenges, celebrated successes, and grown stronger as a Union. Our collective efforts have made tangible impacts, and I am incredibly proud of what we have accomplished together. Whether it’s through tough contract negotiations, rallying for our workplaces, or the daily contributions each of you make, our progress is undeniable within our service to Alaska.
As we look ahead, there are many exciting opportunities on the horizon. We are entering a period of innovation, growth, and transformation, and I am confident that, together, you will continue to push the boundaries of what can be achieved. Your dedication, passion, and resilience are the driving forces behind our success, and I am honored to know you all as inspiring and committed members.
Please know that your voice matters, and I am encouraging you to stay engaged, share your ideas, and continue to be active members in our collective mission. Together, we will navigate whatever challenges come our way and continue to seize the opportunities that lie ahead. As was noted in our AFSCME 46th Internation Convention, we are on the Frontlines and Fearless!
