Congratulations on your new position with the State of Alaska.

Your position is in the General Government Bargaining Unit (GGU).

Your union is the Alaska State Employees Association (ASEA).

 

Article 3.02 Employer Notification Obligation: Bargaining unit members will be advised that they have ten (10) working days to report to, or contact, ASEA/AFSCME Local 52.

This form serves as your employer’s mandatory advisement. After submission, you will be contacted to attend an orientation that reviews your employee rights in the workplace, your collective bargaining agreement (employment contract), and additional employee benefits.
