The Pacific Dental Alliance affiliated offices listed below will accept your ASEA/AFSCME Local 52 Health Trust Dental Plan as payment-in-full*. This means you’ll pay nothing for dental care up to your annual maximum allowance after your $25 deductible. You must be enrolled in ASEA Health Trust Plan A, B or C with the dental benefit and be a member of ASEA.
